Founded in 1994—shortly after the birth of his first child, Anthony, the heart of his life—owner Joseph set out to build something meaningful. What began as a small family venture has grown into a beloved staple of the Jolibourg community.

Over the past 31 years, Via Cassia has earned its reputation for real ingredients, warm service, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. After renovations completed on January 1, 2015, we expanded both our coffee shop and our range of offerings.

Today, our ready-to-eat menu features house-marinated garnishes, fresh salads, and signature sauces—crafted with care. Our Philly steak sandwich is a local favorite, often praised as the best in town.

We proudly serve personalized breakfasts, St-Viateur bagel sandwiches, and freshly ground coffee beans for the perfect cup. To top it off, we offer a wide selection of freshly baked local baguettes and artisanal breads, bringing that extra quality our customers love.
